Thank you so much Sharon for sending  the product over to me and here is my honest and unbiased opinion on it. Oh and she was also very generous to give me a couple of ceutical face masks which I haven’t try yet, and hopefully I could do some reviews on each masks after my final exam is over, insyallah.

First Impression

Basically, this is a very interesting looking face soap because there is a lot of gold flakes embedded inside it. I was very keen to try it out, once I’ve received the package on my doorstep, I cepat-cepat cuci all my makeup with the makeup remover and try this face soap.

Product claims: Contain gold flakes and exotic essential oil which helps in making you beautiful inside and out.

My first impression is that I really like the fact that this soap doesn’t give out any weird herbal or medicated sort of smell, which is really really good because I can never tolerate and use any weird smelly product on my face, yucks. So this soap is medium size, it’s not too big like your ordinary household soap but it’s not too small  that it could easily slip from your wet hands either. So the way I use it is that I cut the soap into half and only use half of it, saving sikit kan?

As for the claims made by the soap, this is what I have to say about this soap after I’ve used it for the last 7 days;

1.Dull skin

-Yeap, my skin does not look dull at all in the picture and no editing whatsoever is made here because pftt what’s the point of putting a picture after I’ve used such product if the picture is altered right? *wink* I could see that my skin looks more clarify after I’ve used the soap.

Tips: Some of you might be wondering how to see whether your skin is dull or not, well take a picture of yourself and see whether the light from the sun or your surrounding area is reflected back from your skin. If so, then your skin is not dull, but if nothing happens then most probably your skin is dull.

This is just something I’ve experienced lah, I have no scientific evidence to back-up my claim though haha.  Basically the reason why I suggested this method to determine on whether the skin is dull or not is because light will be easily reflected when it hit a smooth surface compared to the uneven surface, so when you have way too many dead skin cells accumulated on the top layer of your skin, the layers of your skin will be uneven due to the dead skin cells and dirt. So do exfoliate your skin 2 times a week okay?

2. Brighter skin

-Yeap, my skin does look brighter after each wash. Kinda makes me wanna go and wash my face as often as I can haha but noooooo I can’t do that though -__-“

I just wanted to show how my skin appears to look like after I’ve used the soap for 7 days. And as much as I am worried and feeling self-conscious when it comes to taking a close-up picture in a High Definition setting on my camera hahaha, I think it would only be fair and just to show a picture in HD when it comes to product reviewing right?

3.Even out my skin tones

-I do have a couple of acne spots on my cheeks, and after a couple of use, the spots does appeared less visible then it was last week. Take note okay, it look less visible but it doesn’t actually gone for good la, it takes time for any spots to diminish from your skin completely unless you resolve to a chemical peel which is erk, I dunno, I’ve never do it and not even planning to do it soon.

The not so less makeup face hahaha.

4. No irritation and allergic reaction

-Yeap you heard it, none whatsoever. Yayyy! ^_^ I have a huge pimple on my forehead a couple of days before I started using this soap and once I’ve used this soap, it doesn’t lead to any irritation on my skin or pimple and I did mentioned in my previous entry that my skin is quite sensitive, but so far I haven’t see any redness or whitish bump appear on my skin.

So I think this soap is mild enough for my sensitive skin. Because in the past, there are a couple of products that cause a lot of whitish bump on my face, so I do suggest that you guys test out any type of new product on your neck before applying it directly on your face.

4.Doesn’t cause any dryness or flakiness on my skin.

My biggest concern when it comes to soap kind of face cleanser is the fact that it could cause a drying skin effect on my skin. -___-“ that is what usually happened to my skin before. But after a week using this soap, I am soooo happy that my skin doesn’t dry out at all and it certainly does not becomes flaky or anything. So two thumbs up for this product!

Product Ratings:

I give this product 4 out of 5 star, because I think it is definitely worth a try and I would certainly use it from now on as part of my routine. There’s a lot of soap cleanser out there for you to grab but this one is definitely worth it, it doesn’t cost much at all and the result that I get so far is satisfying. I shall continue using this soap in the future to see how my skin gonna improve afterwards.

Well to be quite honest, I have no idea why I don’t blog as often as I used like 2-3 years ago. Mungkin tak datang mood, mungkin mood datang tapi takde masa nak update, mungkin sengaja nak bikin hati stalker panas sebab tak dapat tahu perkembangan terbaru I (but in the process tu pembaca setia blog ni pon jadi panas dgn i sebab bila bukak blog ni je mereka disajikan dengan entry basi aje, alaaaa maafkan saye!!!)

Weekday I memang packed dengan classes, assignments,study and cases reading and during the weekend I treat myself by going out with my dear one and friends. In other words, I’m enjoying every seconds of my life, at least before the final exam. Hadoi exam I nanti on bulan February wei, haish baru je nak bergembira kini terpaksa pulak membelek buku dan menghafal cases cit!

Oh my, lama tu I tak update blog, well sama jugak dengan dah lama I tak dapat tido 6 jam sehari, begitulah jugak dengan lamanya I tak dapat nak update blog skema I ni. So sorry guys! I know I know, tak blogger tegar betul I ni, update once in a while camni. But really, I memang sangat sibuk semester ni, midterms semua dah habis alhamdulillah tapi assignments masih ade 3 yg belum siap *migrain, headache tolong!*

Well, memandangkan I sibuk sangat-sangat sekarang ni, skincare routine I pon jadi tersangatlah simple dan byk jugak la masalah jerawat yg datang menyinggah time stress-stress ni. So hari ni I nak share some of the products yg I guna dan so far banyak membantu I maintain kan kulit dan appearance I. Even though sometimes I only have 3 or 4 hours amount of sleep, I still wanna look my best on the next day.

Oh oh, do take note that I’ve bought all this items since early this year or somewhere around this couple of months, jadi I memang tak ingat la the exact and accurate price for each items, so sorry ye.

1. Vaseline Lip Essence Cherry

Fungsi: Penjagaan untuk bibir kering dan mengelupas.

Price: not sure, RM10 or less I think

Dulu I tak ambik kisah pon pasal kulit bibir yg kering, tak kisah la nampak macam daun kering pon, bibir haku bukan bibir kau *apakah emo tetibe hahaha* but seriously, nothing is more painful than a chapped lip kan? boleh bad mood tau bila bibir pecah pecah ni, nak makan susah dan untuk orang yang sangat-sangat la talkative macam I ni, bila bibir pecah nak bukak mulut bercakap pon takde mood tau! (>__<) So here it is, Vaselines comes to the rescue!!! Yayyy

2. Oxy 5 and Origins Spot Remover

Fungsi: Membantu mengecilkan dan menghilangkan jerawat

Price: Oxy 5 (10g is about rm10 or less) and Origin Spot Remover (rm50 or less)

I rasa kedua-dua product ni la yang banyak menyelamatkan kulit I dari dipicit dan ditonyoh-tonyoh bila I nampak ade jerawat bertenggek di muka I. Serious, time exam memanglah kulit I suka berpesta pora mengeluarkan segala jenis jerawat dlm pelbagai size dalam jumlah yang banyak. Jadi I guna kedua-dua product ni untuk hapuskan jerawat tu semua.

But take note that you should not use Benzoyl Peroxide together with Salicylic Acid, so kalau I guna Salicylic Acid di waktu pagi, malamnye (selepas cuci muka) I akan gunakan Benzoyl Peroxide. Dan cuma letak di bahagian yg ade jerawat, jgn sapu di bahagian lain, so lebih hygienic kalau gunakan cotton bud dan sapukan product tu tepat2 pada jerawat itu sahaja.

Bagi yang tidak tahu, Salicylic Acid is good because it can get rid of all the dead skin cells yg menyebabkan lubang roma tersumbat sehingga terjadinya jerawat tu. But it can also dry up your skin, jadi jangann gunakan banyak-banyak, nanti kulit kering dah jadi satu hal pulok.

Dan Benzoyl Peroxide is great because it kills the bacteria inside the clogged pores, cuma the downside is that some people are sensitive to it. Macamana nak tahu sensitive atau tidak? Berdasarkan pengalaman I, dulu bila guna Oxy10, kulit I akan jadi merah mengelupas tetapi jerawat memang akan hilang, so after a quick search on the internet it was stated that is that is a sign that I am allergic to it, So I guna Oxy 5 je sekarang, hasilnya jerawat tetap akan hilang tapi lambat sikit la, tapi kulit I taklah merah dan mengelupas dah

3. Origins Starting Over Age-Erasing Moisturizer with Mimosa

Fungsi: Penjagaan kulit untuk kulit kusam, kering dan tona tak sekata

Price: RM210

Ini adalah antara krim malam yang I sedang gunakan sekarang, sebab I tak dapat tidur yang secukupnye, kulit I akan jadi kering dan sangat-sangat kusam pada keesokan harinya, so I akan sapu krim malam ni pada muka dan walaupun I dapat tidur yang kurang, kulit I tetap nampak okay dan nampak segar untuk keesokan harinya. Kalau perlukan rating dari I untuk krim ni, I’ll give it 3 out of 5 stars la.

Satu problem I dengan krim ni ialah ia akan menyebabkan jerawat I makin besar pada keesokannya, jadi I cuma guna krim ni waktu kulit I takde sebijik jerawat pun *rarely happen wei haha* tapi tu pun bad experiences I yang baru dua kali berlaku la sepanjang I dah guna krim ni. So I am not entirely sure if this cream was the real culprit behind the mysterious case of pimples gone crazy huge on my face time tu haha

The great thing about this product is that, kulit I terasa sangat lembut keesokannya dan tona kulit pon semakin sekata and the best part, I boleh nampak lubang roma I kelihatan mengecil lepas I guna krim ni. As for the claim about age-erasing, tu I tak pasti la sebab I belum ade kedutan kat muka I lagi, so I tak boleh nak comment on the whole age-erasing claim. In my own opinion, this is a decent moisturizer that makes my skin dewy smooth the very next day, but it is pretty pricey so I guna pun jimat-jimat, lol kedekut betul!

4.Bobbi Brown Corrector in Light Peach

Fungsi: When all the above has fail LOL. (not applicable for lips la haha)

Price: RM100 or less I think.

When all hopes has fail, dan kulit still nampak tak sekata dengan parut jerawat ataupun lebam dibawah mata yang sebijik macam mata panda, don’t give up in your attempt to look and feel good, ladies! *ayat macam iklan tak? haha*

Sesiapa yang dah biasa bermain dengan alat-alat solek, mesti pernah dengar pasal concealer ni. Yeah the price is pricey for a tiny concealer like this but kecik-kecik cili padi okay, I guna sikit je ni di bawah mata, tu pun bila I tak cukup tido and it helps to keep me looking more like a human being instead of looking like a walking panda *but panda lagi cute kot haha*

So far this is my favorite concealer, but makeup is not my forte, so don’t take my advice on this area 100% yeah?  Sebab I jarang-jarang update kan diri I dengan hal-hal makeup semua, I ada pon sekadar makeup yang basic sahaja untuk keperluan I, so I tak berani komen melebih on it. Tapi yeah, kalau kulit dah problem sangat time tak cukup tidur, instead of stressing way too much about it, just fake it once in a while la

Hello hello korang!

Yeahhh I know, lama betul tak ber-update blog Skema itu Hot ni, memang tak hot la bila dah jarang update kan, cuma skema je la yang tinggal haha. But truth is I am living up to the title of my blog, lol, memang I kini sedang ber-skema skema sekarang sebabnye college life I teramatlah hectic dan busy dgn mooting, midterms, assignments and this and that, insyallah I akan update gambar-gambar yang I ade ambil sepanjang few weeks tak update blog ni di entry yang akan datang ye

Oh oh last week I pergi interview di law firm di Melaka untuk our legal attachment program, program tu 3 months starting from next year, so alhamdullilah I dah dapat apply that firm so lepas ni tak payah pening-pening risau kalau takde firm yang nak accept haha

I am so sorry for neglecting this blog for awhile, I’ve been really busy enjoying my lovely life. Yeah life is good when you surrounded yourself with family and good friends that will always be there for you. Oh oh, let’s get straight to the topic okay, since a lot of people have being emailing me about what is my skincare routine like I’ve said before, I’m not going to tell all of it in one entry but I will let you guys know bit-by-bit hehe. So for today’s entry, I nak kenalkan semua dengan pencuci muka yang sudah menjadi teman setia I selama  6 bulan, yayyy! Ini dia tadaaaaa.

Okay, obviously I dah nak kehabisan pencuci muka ni haha so I’ve Google a nicer image of the face cleanser on the internet and here it is.

One word to describe this cleanser relationship with me; SOULMATE! Hahaha.

Buat masa ni, cleanser ni la love of my life cause seriously I tak pernah nak rave sangat pasal any face cleanser because before this to me; a face cleanser is just a face cleanser. I’m only gonna use it to clean my face from any dirts and make up, fullstop. But nooo I was so wrong. A good cleanser is the first key to maintain a good skin. My skin has never look better since I’ve switch to this face cleanser, so being a beauty blogger myself, I just gotta share this valuable info with my dearest readers la kan?

It took me about 6 months to honestly say that, I never wanna change my face cleanser to any other brand besides this. Yeah, you heard that from a skincare junkie okay  so in other word this product is really good in my opinion, because it has become one of my MUST-HAVE items list. I will definitely try some new face cleanser out there if any of them seems interesting enough to trigger my desire to buy it haha but I think I’m gonna stuck with this cleanser for a long times.

But before you guys take my words, you need to check this list of results that I expected from any face cleanser that I use. Yeah, saya cerewet, but you only got one area of skin covering your whole face, so you better be cerewet with what you put on your skin okay *kepala goyang-goyang kiri kanan cause I typed this paragraph with attitude! LOL*

So far, I can honestly say that I have been switching back and forth between wallet-friendly face cleanser to the high-end  face cleanser; from the one sold by Neutrogena (I loveee their face cleanser too, I’m still using it during ehem ehem that time of the month when mother nature cause my whole face erupted with acnes boooooo ) to the one sold by Estee Lauder (pricey but the result is so so lah) .

After tons of trial and error, I finally came out with this list of results that I PERSONALLY want from a face cleanser;

1) Not too foamy or doesn’t produce any foam at all.

2) Doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight

3) Doesn’t make my face feeling squeaky clean

4) Leave my skin feeling softer and matte

5) My skin becomes oily only after about 3-4 hours later.

6) Doesn’t requires me to clean my face more than 2 times a day

7) Help to unclog my pores (make it easier to extract blackhead or whitehead after using the cleanser)

Hehe, let me explain some of the reasons why I expected all this from my face cleanser i.e this is my 7 tips on how to choose the right face cleanser for everyone, I believe this tips can be beneficial to all skin types; dry, oily or combination skin. And no, I ain’t snow white, so whitening effect is not something that I look for when it comes to face cleanser yeah.

1. Not too foamy or doesn’t produce any foam at all

-any type of cleanser that produce a heaps of foam means that it has a lot of sulfate in it. It’s not good for your skin if you’re using a face cleanser that contain a lot of sulfate, this will strip away the natural oil of you skin and therefore in long term, it will disturb the pH balance of your skin.

-I know, it is fun to clean your face with something that is foamy or produce a lot of foam, but seriously if you do concern about you skin balance, then stop using foamy face cleanser yeah?

2.Doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight

- if your face cleanser leave your skin feels tight as if you just had a strong wind blows your entire face which end up making you look like you just had a mini face lift *okay lawak bodoh haha* then stop using that cleanser pleaseeeee!

-If your skin feels tight, it means there’s a lot of natural oil that has being strip away from your skin by that particular face cleanser. Once this happened, your skin will produce more oil to replace that natural oil that has being strip away. So that is why some people complain that after 1 hour (or less) cleansing their faces, their skins started to becomes oily and greasy again.

-Especially for those with oily skin, as much as you despise that oily skin of yours, you cannot remove all of that oil from you face, so the best way is to use any cleanser that contains salicylic acid if you have oily skin that is prone to acne breakouts. There’s a lot of choices out there, so I don’t think I need to list it here

3.Doesn’t make my face feeling squeaky clean

-yes, you heard this one before. Squeaky clean is only for your floor, not for your face. So never ever use any sort of face cleanser that make your face feels squeaky clean, it goes back to point no.2 just now where squeaky clean means a lot of your natural oil had being strip away by that harsh face cleanser.

4.Leave my skin feeling softer and matte

- depends on you skin, if you skin is normal, then it doesn’t make any different if you face cleanser give you that soft, matte texture feeling to your skin. But my skin is combination skin, so I do welcome any face cleanser that helps to control the excess sebum on my skin.

5.My skin becomes oily only after about 3-4 hours later

-I have address this in point no.2 kan?

6.Doesn’t requires me to clean my face more than 2 times a day

-we all heard this one before; “clean your face only 2 or 3 times a day”. I personally follow this golden rule.

-When you clean you face more, you skin will work harder to replace that natural oil that you’ve remove from it, so this will make your skin even oilier than it originally is.

-So if you use make-up to go to classes or work,the way I do it is that I clean my face in the morning and then after coming back home, I will clean my make-up with the make up remover first and then I’ll use the face cleanser  to rinse everything away.Later at night,I’ll just use the tap water to clean my face again and to prep it for my night skincare routine.

7.Help to unclog my pores

-I’ve never went to those skincare spa or treatment centre to get my blackhead or whitehead extract. I basically do everything myself because it’s a lot cheaper plus it save a lot of time since I am pretty much busy with studies and my own personal life.

-So I just bought the cheap whitehead extractor from the Body Shop, I think it cost about rm13 kot, and I use that to extract all of my whitehead and blackhead. A good face cleanser will helps to open up your pores to make it easier for you to clean all those dirts and dead skin cells.

But usually if you have a good skincare routine, for instance you exfoliate your skin regularly, you won’t have to deal with whitehead pon. *obviously i don’t have a good skincare routine sebab I ade lagi whitehead booooo *

So yeah, based on the 7 reasons, I can honestly that this Clarins cleanser works like a charm for me, it does fulfill all of the 7 criteria that I look for in my face cleanser.

Guys, take note. Make sure you don’t make your significant other feel any of  this. You don’t need any intention to hurt a girl’s feeling; your action is what leads us to feel that way.

And ladies, STOP over-thinking. Things aren’t as complicated as you perceived, most of the time it’s only a small dispute. Just that we’re wired to think and look at dispute as if it’s a big complicated mess.

Stop assuming his thoughts and actions, ask him what leads to his action that had hurt your feeling. Use your rational and logic to think, don’t let your emotional feeling clouded your ability to judge his conduct. This is one of the reasons why some relationships succeed in overcoming obstacles and why some end up in doom.

I know exactly what I’m talking about.

I’ve been there before, but the failure of my past relationship had made me a better person that I am today. So whatever happened in the past, it’s kind of like preparing me emotionally and mentally, when someday I finally meet that one person; the one that God had created just for me.

It was actually inspired by Amelia Vega look in the picture below here, hahaha but I could honestly say that I didn’t succeed in re-creating her look, haha sucks man my skill Oh well, but I do like this look, her look is really beautiful but mine is more wearable for normal day, cause whenever I do make up I always think this; “Orang terkejut beruk ke tidak tengok muka tittew kena conteng cenggini ni ye?” Lol.

Face: Diorskin Nude in 031, Bobbi brown Sheer finish loose powder in Sunny Beige, Bobbi Brown corrector.

Cheeks: Mac Mineralize Skinfinish Natural in color Dark (as my bronzer)

Eyes: Bronze eyeshadow (Dior pallette in Amber treasure ), the rest is from Coastal Scent palette.

Eyelashes: Majolica majorca mascara, Empro black diamond liner (the one with thin brush applicator), Bloom liquid eyeliner (the one with thicker brush applicator) and false eyelashes Pro Lash 05 from Inuovi.

Lip: Revlon colorstay lipliner in chocolate and Stila lip glaze in brown sugar.

Hi guys!

Yeah, musim exam dah kembali. Berani berani pulak I update blog beberapa jam sebelum paper ye, haha oh well do wish me luck guys! I shall have my first paper at 2:30 pm today, paper paling mencabar bagi I iaitu Company Law *shiver*.

Semester ni serious rasa lintang pukang sebab dahlah subject semuanya buat pecah kepala, plus sem ni jugak I ada 6 subjects including language subject which is Arabic. Haish, kulit time exam time tu la nak jerawat tapi memang I malas nak layan, karang emo tak hafal case bertambah sekali dengan emo sebab jerawat dipicit sampai tinggal parut pulak, hurmm.

Anyway, I do wanna say thanks to everyone; for you guys who given me so many lovely supports and comments from emails, comments on my blog, twitter and facebook, insyallah after exam I will upload the video yang I janji tu ye. There will be 2 videos actually, one is a random video and another one shall be on a makeup inspired look from one of my favorite beauty icon *hint hint cuba teka siapa!*

Haha okay but kena tunggu next week la, sebab random video will be uploaded next week and makeup tutorial video pulak I akan record after my last exam paper on next Friday (^___^)  Until then, take care and have a great day everyone!

Ni gambar kitorang ambik waktu lepak rumah Nina last week, we were getting reading for our Arabic night performance last week, ughhh memalukan betul performance kitorang, I’ll talk about it in my other entry lah!

Yang tengah tu I la tau! Erk bukan Makcik Gayah, harap maklum.

Ye si pemalas ni sudah update jugak blog dia ye, lol. Maaf sangat-sangat ye pada yang tertunggu-tunggu entry baru, I betul-betul mintak maaf! Anyway I nak ucapkan Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri untuk semua readers blog I ni. Yeah memang raya dah habis seminggu tapi kalau orang Johor selalunye raya di sini katanya sampai 30 hari, haha so bolehlah kan I semangat buat entry ucapan raya sekarang?

Bercakap pasal sambutan Raya, emm raya I kali ni sederhana je takde pun meriah atau berjalan merata ke rumah-rumah open house semua, sebabnye I beraya di Johor bahru je, I tak balik beraya di kampung I kat Ipoh, Perak. Antara beraya dekat kampung dengan bandar, of course la kat kampung jauh lebih best. So tahun ni raya bagi I takdelah shiok or sakan sangat

But but, good news is tahun ni I dapat 3 ahli keluarga baru! Woots! 3 ahli keluarga baru tu sebenarnye 3 ekor anak-anak kucing yang mummy I jumpa dan sebab kesian sangat dengan keadaan kittens tu, mummy I pun bela diorang sampai sekarang. Later I ambik la gambar anak-anak kucing tu dan post kan untuk entry akan datang yeap!

Memandangkan final exam I pun dah semakin dekat *seram sejuk satu badan* maybe I takkan dapat update lagi for the next few weeks, biasalah blog student full time memang macam gini la, tenggelam timbul aje memanjang, lol. But before that, I ingat I nak record one video untuk blog ni sebab dah lama jugak rasanye I tak tergedik-gedik depan camera kan? Hahaha

Oh oh, do you guys have any suggestion on what kind of a video that I should make this time around? Make up tutorial lagi? Hair tutorial? Or just some random video featuring me talking all by myself in front of the camera and pretend as if there’s someone out there who interested to listen to me?
